Zumba is a popular type of workout in the Philippines. It is an aerobic activity that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Its routines incorporate interval training and resistance training.[1] Zumba was developed by Alberto Perez in the 1990s. On May 19, 2018, in Camarines Sur, about 13,350 fitness enthusiasts danced for 30 minutes, breaking Mandaluyong City's previous record.[2]
